There’s nothing like one of our Afternoon Hot Air Balloon Rides for a unique, 360-degree view of the Las Vegas Valley. From the towering hotel-casinos on the famous “Strip” to the bold limestone formations at Red Rock Canyon, hot air balloon flights offer the peace and tranquility not found in other aerial options.
What to Expect on Your Las Vegas Hot Air Balloon Ride
Vegas Hot Air Sin City Balloon Rides launch from several sites in the Las Vegas Valley. We give you the information for the departure location when you check in the night before your flight. Since hot air balloons require fair weather, we recommend that you make a reservation on the first or second day you are in Las Vegas. This helps ensure you have the flexibility to reschedule around inclement conditions.
Afternoon flights are scheduled November through February. We meet at approximately 1:30 pm and depart at 2:30 pm.
What You Will See on Your Flight
As Sin City has grown, a variety of neighborhoods have developed. From the air, you can see winding streets, roundabouts, and master-planned communities as well as the shopping and entertainment options of Downtown Summerlin. View the area’s extensive park system and championship golf courses, many of which are adjacent to vast stretches of open desert.
From the serenity of the hot air balloon’s basket, you may see desert hare zigzagging through the scrub, coyotes, wild burros, bighorn sheep, and the occasional roadrunner. Due to the unique vantage point, you may also catch a glimpse of some of the more elusive desert natives amid the cacti and rocky buttes, such as owls, tortoises, foxes, and ring-tailed cats.
What Is Included in Your Flight
